From a point of balance you can lean forward just as easily as you lean
backwards. The seat front drops down as you lean forward to work and
rises as you lean back to rest. This encourages you to use your legs
and is good for your blood circulation – FootControlledMovement. The
chair naturally follows as you change to your next sitting position –
without you even thinking about it. You can concentrate on your work
