Access to Work Scheme (ATW)
The Access to Work (ATW) Scheme is a government scheme designed to provide practical help to overcome the barriers that people have to face in the workplace when they have disabilities or long term health issues.
Through this scheme, the government will either pay for, or make a substantial grant towards the costs of additional support needed as a result of a disability. This is essential to enable many people with disabilities, both to find and remain in employment.
